Usually when we make quilts, we choose to use cotton or quilting cotton. These two quilts are actually fleece. Hopefully they hold up as well as their cotton counterparts. They were inspired by two boys who have a lot of personality.

Getting Creative!
Nichole joined a Creative Exchange. It like secret Santa but instead of buying something for the other person you make them something. This girl loves pastel colors and is a super girly girl. We decided to do a little bit of color pop with the orange border/binding. But tried to keep it as pastel and girly as possible. Do you think we achieved it?
Unicorns and Rainbows
When we made this quilt, I asked the recipient if there was such a thing as too much color. She said “No. The more color the better”. The back felt very loud, and the decision was made to include a more tamed unicorn top tied with her favorite color of intense teal. We loved it! What do you think?
What bees love more
This quilt was for a young woman who LOVES bees. If you make a bee quilt, it just feels right to have some flowers in there. This quilt turned out as sweet as honey.
Sonic! Gotta go faster
This was a quilt for a wonderful nephew. Sonic is a favorite character. We had a lot of tough decisions to make. The border was a darker yellow to represent the rings you collect in the game. Tied with red yarn and pieced to give more dimension. The back was to supposed to give a more video game feel. Let’s just say it fit his bedroom to a T.
Super Cute Animal
So many children love animals and who can blame them. We do too. Here are some of our top favorite animal quilts for a variety of children who needed the kind of comfort a quilt can give.
Chillin with the Villians
Nichole decided to make some quilts for her in-laws. This fun one is for one who prefers the villains instead of the princesses. It was a lot of fun to make and, though difficult to find, the fabric had a lot of character to it.
Asian Style Quilts
What’s beautiful about the quilts we make is how vastly different they can be. Even if the theme is similar. Check out these Asian themed tied quilts.
Our Big Helpers
Sometimes our quilts have a timeline they need to meet. So, let’s give a shout out to all of our helpers. We love and appreciate your time, love and patience as we finish our quilts.
First commissioned Quilt
Talking to a co-worker about what we do, and she asked if we would make a quilt for her grandson. She asked for an animal theme. Made some money to help pay for material for other quilts.
