Second thoughts???

Second thoughts? Honestly, I’m so glad I didn’t fully grasp what I was signing up for when I enrolled in this Web Business Creation class. If I had, I probably would’ve backed out.

They say it only takes 9–12 hours a week. Yeah… that feels wildly off, at least for someone my age. sigh

This week’s assignment shoved me way outside my comfort zone. I figuratively pulled my hair out, screamed until my voice gave up, and… yeah, I cried. I’m still trying to wrap my head around those “Choosing a Product” spreadsheets—most of it just flew right over my head. The anxiety was brutal: I couldn’t sleep, I wanted to run away and hide.

But then, parts of the assignment finally started coming together, thanks to my husband stepping in to help. Life felt good again in an instant. Having a husband who actually understands all the computer stuff? A lifesaver. He’s my hero this week, no question.

What am I learning? I’m leaning toward creating a blog about a subject we might enjoy, so I chose bees, since we’re hobby beekeepers. There’s something so beautiful about how faith and beekeeping intertwine. It feels a lot like building an online business too: you take one uncertain step forward, then another, a little more sure each time… until eventually your steps become steady, confident, even relaxed.

I’m truly grateful I didn’t know and have second thoughts to stop me from signing up. This class has ignited my curiosity and pushed me to grow beyond where I was—and I really appreciate that.

Here’s the first video on my new business blog, sharing why my husband got into beekeeping and inviting you along on our journey.

Happy learning, y’all!!
